At Centre dentaire Dre Nathalie Kadoch, we know how essential it is to take care of your oral health to maintain optimal overall health. However, we also know that the costs associated with dental care can dissuade many families from consulting.
That is why we are pleased to announce that we are actively participating in the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), a program set up by the federal government with the goal of making dental care more accessible and affordable for patients across the country.
What does the Canadian Dental Care Plan cover?
Depending on each family’s income and needs, the CDCP can cover between 40% and 100% of eligible expenses. The program covers a wide range of essential dental care, from preventative care such as routine checkups and professional cleanings, to more complex treatments such as dental restorations and root canals.
Who is the Canadian Dental Care Plan for?
It is intended for families who do not already have dental coverage and whose adjusted net family income is less than $90,000.
Since summer 2024, the RCSD has been available to the following groups of people:
Seniors aged 65 and over
Adults with a valid federal certificate for the Disability Tax Credit for 2023
Children under 18
Starting in 2025, access to the program will be expanded to all other eligible Canadian residents.
How to access the RCSD?
To benefit from the advantages offered by the RCSD, simply submit an online application on the Government of Canada website.
Once your eligibility has been confirmed, the team at the Centre dentaire Dre Nathalie Kadoch will be happy to welcome you to discuss your needs and plan your treatment plan.
We are pleased to offer you access to quality dental care for optimal health!
